The host was very supportive and the apartments are newly refreshed. It was really nice and comfortable. The host even changed our room to a better one, without additionally charging us. There is an elevator, and air conditioning is well functioning. Near to Taksim square, non stop shops. Very convenient 🙂

We had a hotel change to the A Plus Hotel. It is the sister Hotel to the Lemon Residence around the corner. A 3 minute walk. Very similar hotels. This is our second visit.

The staff was super helpful till last minute, very caring and never hesitated to help. Location is veryyy close to Taksim square and Istiklal street. Hotel is located in a small street parallel to a bigger one and you can know from where to enter towards the hitel from "Vodafone" shop, so it's faraway from the crowd and noise.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. They have WiFi on every floor and whenever I needed help (with finding services in Istanbul or excursions), they responded and solved everything efficiently. Cannot fault them.

Just a small room, but with sink and fridge and enough space to have breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Location and friendly attitude of Mr Hasan and Mr Mehmet. They are excellent hosts.

Staff were helpful and nice. We arrived late but we were let in at 03:00 when this was supposed to beyond check in time. We were also lent an umbrella by the staff when it rained heavily.
